Sunday Confessions
Happy Sunday! This weekend was awesome for us - we spent Friday in Frankfurt, went to Strasbourg (the Christmas capital of the world, or so they say) on Saturday, got lost on the way home and ended up staying in Frankfurt for most of today. It was awesome, and I'll share pics of the amazing Christmas Markets sometime soon.
Anyway. Here are my confessions for this week:
1. I'm a plant-killer. Seriously. I either over-water or under-water them; I can never get it perfect. Observe the before and after picture of my poinsettia:
2. I talk in my sleep. No joke. There's actually a video that proves it where I talk about lion juice or something, but I couldn't get it to upload, so you're missing out. It's pretty hilarious.
3. I love board games. I am quite content to sit at home on a Friday night and play board games or cards for hours on end. Keep in mind, though, that I am extremely competitive, and can get very into it. My weaknesses are Hand and Foot (an awesome card game), Farkle (okay, so it's not really a board game), and I just recently discovered Settlers of Catan (thanks to Daryl).
4. 80s music is a guilty pleasure. Seriously. I can rock it on the dance floor to Pat Benatar, Michael Jackson, Heart, Devo, and who could forget 99 Red Balloons? 5. I still wish I was a ballerina. You know how that's a wish most little girls have? Yeah... I still wish I was as graceful as a ballerina.

Lion juice?? That would have been awesome to hear. And I'm right there with ya as a murderer of plants. I've even managed to kill a cactus. How is that even possible??
Plant killer here too.. the lady at the nursery told me it was unkillable! But I killed it.. it was a flowering plant and it basically stopped flowering.. and though it was seemingly still alive it should have grown taller while it stayed the same..
Ok this is just too crazy!! My hubs family is all about hand and foot!! I had to try to play my best to pass the test to marry him! (I'm not kidding) and my family is obsessed with settlers! We are so friends! I love you!!! It's just too bad you live in Germany!
