You're Short - You Must Play Mini Golf

Hola!

I've always wanted to say that ^^ to people who tell me how tall I am.

Speaking of mini golf... The husband and I went and played with my parents last night, and it got a little competitive. Mom got FOUR holes-in-one. I got a ton of holes-in-four, because that's just how amazing I am.

We also cheated and played both courses, even though you're only supposed to play one of them. We just skipped the last hole and went to the first one of the next course. Had to get our $7.00 worth, after all.

Are you as awful at mini golf as I am? Do you go on double dates with your parents, or are we just weird?

PS: Isn't my mom's shirt awesome?
PPS: Have you entered the giveaway

Sounds like a fun summer evening! My success or lack of success at mini-golf is so random. I may get a 6 and then a hole in one...you just never know! I also love double dates with my parents :)

I love mini golf! Haven't been in awhile which is sad considering I live down the street from one haha.

By the way, I had ordered a print from your shop and just got it today and I LOVE it! I got the "follow your dreams" one and it is absolutely perfect. If you design anymore travel ones be sure to let me know! =)

I love mini golf! But I am terrible at it! I never won a single game.

Your mom has the best t-shirt I have ever seen. I really want one just like it now.

I'm passable at mini-golf. And by that I mean that I'm better than the drunken frat boys who always seem to magically appear out of thin air wearing polo shirts and calling each other "bro".

$7.00 for mini-gold is preposterous. You play away, sister.

I DO love your moms shirt. I would love to get one for my mom! I think double dates are great! You are too funny doing both courses!

Is All-Star the only place to mini-golf in Wichita? $7 is ridiculous.
We have a mini-mini-golf course here at the outlet mall. J and I haven't been though.

I love mini gold, last time I went it was on a double date and I am so bad at it it's crazy, BUT I kept managing to somehow get whole in 1's on the most craziest ones, anyway it was hilarious, even though it doesn't sound it! haha

Oh I'm horrible at mini-golf...and it can't hold my attention long enough to get to all 18 holes.

Your mom's shirt IS awesome! I've only ever played mini golf like twice... One time it was glow in the dark mini golf! That was awesome. The hubs played golf in high school tho... so he always kicks my butt..

Alyx, I just wanted you to know I greatly enjoyed reading your blog yesterday. I stumbled upon it somehow in the AM as I was in bed sick. I think what captured my attention was the fact my daughter dated a 'boy' this past school year who was a foreign exchange student from Nifda. You taught at his HS...but he was here in CO. He loved our JIF and he got my daughter hooked on Nutella. He 'nit-picked' at her outfits if he felt she didn't dress up enough to see him..ie, she wore a sweatshirt..and he we amazed at the size of our SUVs and how we drove them everywhere. He is in Germany now and we are planning on visiting his family next summer :). Thx so much for sharing your life. It added sunshine to my rainy day
