Check In (AKA Lazy Bones)

Guys. 

This past week was not so great for the workouts. I guess I'm happy that I did anything, considering the fact that we were on vacation, but here we go:

Tuesday: 
Nada. Zero. Zip. Zilch. I sat in a car for 20 hours.

Wednesday: 
Nada. Zero. Zip. Zilch.

Thursday: 
- Walked/Jogged 2.2 miles with Elsie for C25K

Friday: 
- Walked/Jogged 2.1 miles with Elsie for C25K

Saturday: 
Nada. Zero. Zip. Zilch.

Sunday: 
See Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday.

Monday: 
- Walked/Jogged 3.2 miles. I did C25K plus a little bit of extra jogging.

Waist: 31 inches
Hips: 42.25 (down .25 in)
Weight: 167 (down 1 lb)

It's hard to fit workouts into a vacation; and I imagine it becomes exponentially more difficult when you have a newborn and have to travel 20 (20?!!) hours in a car. I'm so proud of you for everything you managed to fit in!! :)

The fact that you lost a pound on vacation is pretty darn exciting!

I still haven't gotten into an exercise groove here, but I'm starting to eat better. It feels good!
