Lime Juice is not the Same Size as a Lime. Use Your Imagination.

How far along are you? 11 weeks

How big is Baby? A little over 1.5 inches long - the size of a lime! ... Yes, that is lime juice in the picture - give me a break, I didn't have time to go to the store!

Weight Gain? 0 lbs... trying really hard to gain (I've even stopped working out as much, thinking that I was burning too many calories).

Gender? Who knows? Feel free to make bets - we find out on Dec. 21st.

Maternity Clothes? Nope - I use the rubber band after I eat, but any belly I've got is from bloating.

Stretch Marks? Nope!

Sleep? Ugh. Don't even get me started on how many times I wake up each night. Last night was at least four, but maybe five.

Symptoms? Crazy psycho lady mood swings. Extreme exhaustion. Headaches.

Movement? None that I can feel, but during the ultrasound last week, the little creature was going crazy!
Food Cravings? None this week. A couple weeks ago it was tacos and banana milk.

Labor Signs? None.

Belly Button in or out? In.

What I miss? SLEEP!!! Having the energy to go to the gym, and my pants not being super tight.

What I am looking forward to? Reaching the second trimester - I hear it's golden.

Best moment of the week? Reading the letter that Mike wrote to Baby after the ultrasound. That man is going to be a great dad.

Come by tomorrow - there may be something "awesome" happening. Who am I kidding? There's ALWAYS something awesome happening!

PS - In case you didn't notice, the fruit idea and the walking idea tied for best idea, so... Kristen and Mariah win the awesome points. I'll update you guys with an awesome points tally soon.
PPS - BOOK CLUB!!! We are having our first video chat on Thursday at 8:00 eastern/7:00 central time. If you can't make that one, there will be another one on Saturday at 2:00 eastern/1:00 central. For those of you that are on the mailing list, I will email this out to you!

Boo... I'm not sure I'll be able to do either video chat. Sad. I can't believe it would only take 11 weeks to walk to Germany! That's nuts =).

Glad you're happy, if a little tired. But you're almost to the 2nd trimester!

You are still so freaking tiny. Wait until you are half way through the 2nd trimester and you will have no problem gaining (; I lost weight at the beginning (lots of muscle weight). I'm so excited to see this little babe of yours I'm guessing it's a girl! What are you hoping to have? If you have a girl our babies can date haha.

xx

I don't know if you plan on sharing the sex with us or not, but I think it's really cute when closer to time, bloggers will have a poll to see who can guess correctly (or the closest) with the sex, day of delivery, height and weight. Whoever gets closest wins a prize! You could still do that even if you reveal the gender! You're all about games, so that is totally up your alley! :o)

YES! Oh, I'm so pumped! Winners say WHA!? WHA!?!

Just for some info, I didn't feel the baby for sure until like, 19 1/2 weeks, I had headaches until week 20 or so, but they're gone now, and my first trimester naseau lasted until week 15. In case any of that happens to you. I'm here :) You're not alone :)

So cute! Before I guess gender, what are the sibling sets like with you and Mike?

It's decided: I'm going to make my fiance write letters to our future children. If he's mad about it, I'm blaming Mike ;) I love these posts though. Such a great way to remember the time you spent pregnant because I'm sure it'll go by very quickly.

Love the fruit and walking idea!! There is such a thing as banana milk?! I have never heard of that before. Sounds like it would be delicious

i love this SO MUCH!! i love technology. im so into memory-keeping, i wish i had something to look back of my mom when she was preggo with me so i love it when i see stuff like this, especially because it gives me ideas for if im ever preggo ! (again, the idea of the actual DELIVERY is terrifying!! ... oh, and having a little human life im responsible for!)

love the idea of sharing how far along you are! Super cute :)

Those are both great ideas! It's perfect how you incorporated both into a fun little Alyx collage. I know the awesome points have already been won, but I have an idea I forgot to tell you on Sunday. You could take the standard "stand in same place in same position each day/week and take a photo" approach, and then at the end, you make all the photos into an animated gif so you can watch your belly grow -kind of like those cool time lapse videos. I know I'd watch it :)

Aww, little lime baby. I think I might just refer to your baby-to-be as Lime from here on out. Is that weird? Or cute? I can hardly tell the difference anymore these days

congrats! How exciting! and hey enjoy waking up only 4-5 times... near the end when baby boy dropped and was sitting on my bladder I think I woke up EVERY HOUR!

Good luck with your pregnancy, can't wait to follow you through it:)

So walking 5 mph would have to be super fast walking! ;) That's a fun idea though!

Yay we have a lime!! Woot woot, maybe next week will be a Peach ;) Ha ha, I hope next week is peachy at least for you in the sleep department.

Dude, I totally vote girl. Let me tell you that I have not even one time been incorrect about a blogger's baby gender before. It's a gift. So this is really more of a prophesy than a guess. You're welcome.

You're so cute! Can't believe the baby is the size of a lime already.
