Sunday Confessions

Happy Sunday!!

Hope you all have survived that lost hour of sleep (except you lame-os in AZ who don't have to suffer like the rest of us)! Anyway, here are this week's confessions.

1. I went through and started working a little more on my photography blog. I just added three or four posts (almost all of which are back-dated). I still have about 40 sessions to add if I decide to add all the sessions I've done, but ain't nobody got time fo' dat!

2. I've made my bed every day since I made our headboard! This is pretty much a miracle, since I generally suck at making the bed when I wake up. And yes, I will be sharing this tutorial with you all (in a Pinterest favorites post this coming week - I have to do a couple more projects/recipes). And... I will also add a non-cell phone picture to that post. ;)
3. I really, really have to pee. But I don't want to get up until this post is finished. I blame you all if I pee my pants.

4. I want a little boy someday so that I can sing this song to him. Too bad I'm convinced that I'm going to have all girls. I've thought about writing a girl version.
5. I cut Mike's hair on Friday and didn't mess up AT ALL! Not even around the ears (that's the hardest part for me)!!

I STINK at making the bed. It almost never happens in my house. I will have to get better about that before it comes time to make Henry learn to do it. :) Love your new headboard!

Thanks for the song! I can't believe it didn't make me cry listening to it. I promptly purchased it and learned the words so I can sing it to Henry.

Becoming a little hairdresser on cut at a time? :D I should not probably say this out loud, but I only make my bed when I know someone's coming for a visit and could eventually look into my room.

I made the bed the other day and Quinn asked what I was doing and insisted on crawling up and cuddling under the blankets, so it didn't last long.

Okay. If I meet that nurse/doula/midwife goal before you're done having beautiful babies, I am taking my payment in family photography. You do such an amazing job, lady! I love your photo blog. Just. Awesome.

Also? Making the bed. If my headboard looked like that, I would do that too! (I don't have a headboard.... Maybe I should take a page out of the book of Alyx.... )

Love that AZ doesn't celebrate daylight savings time haha. I don't make our bed unless someone is coming over. I really need to get better if I ever expect Elliott to make his.

What a beautiful song! I think you could rewrite that one for Elsie pretty easily! I've always sang "Beautiful Boy (Darling Boy)" by John Lennon to Lexie and just changed the words a bit. :o)

I hate Spring forward lol, it always messes up my schedule. Anyway took a look at your photography blog the other day and love your work and what you have done with it (; Also might need to copy you and make a headboard sometime this year ;P

I absolutely hate making the bed but I hate an unmade bed even more. It's a daily challenge ;)
