Sunday Confessions Link Up

Hola!!

I'm sure by now you all know how this works - grab a button and link on up.

1. I've got nothin'. Honestly. This week has just been insane, and I am too tired to even attempt to think of something to blog about. How do people do it? Work full time, blog full time, and have time to respond to emails and everything without putting their husbands and family second? I mean, lately just work and other real world obligations have kept me from having any time at the computer. It's just too much.

What do you have to confess this week?

I feel that way sometimes. There are days I make myself put the computer away so I can spend time with my man and not make him feel like he is coming in second to my blog.

You just took the words right out of my mouth..!

I work two jobs six days/week, plus I am the primary grocery shopper, cooker and maid at home. Add finding time to exercise, watch tv and blog - ahhhh! Its tough and I have yet to figure out how to balance everything.

This is EXACTLY how I feel. I am a masters student, I'm working, and I'm trying to exercise, blog, etc. It's tough to give time to everything! It is definitely a comfort to know that there are other people in the same boat.

Oh let's see..... I confess that I gained 20 lbs since I've been married and starting tomorrow I'm bound and determined to LOSE IT!!!!! This may not be a real confession, but I need to hold myself accountable somehow!

omg, it's so crazy! I read some people's blogs and I'm like, whoaaa, how is your life so perfect-seeming? obviously they're not showing the downside, but still, how do you have that much? :O

(...confession: usually I feel too dispirited by this to read them anymore XD)

I make a lot of to-do lists, that's the only way I survive! :)

I hear you girl! Try throwing school into the mix too, you feel like you have absolutely no time to yourself, and then it makes you crabby. Which is my current state, lol.

I hope you can find some time to relax today, Alyx! I am way behind my blogging so I absolutely know how you feel!

I am right there with you, lady. My blog has been so neglected lately :( I want to write but I lack both the time and energy for it! You just concentrate on loving that hubby and cooking that baby of yours. We'll still be here when you get back :)

I seriously don't know how people do it! I've asked this question myself many many MANY times.

Well...they're also not PREGNANT! But, seriously, good for you for doing what you want. I'm all for that!

I confess I've spent too much time living in the past this week.

Honestly Alyx, I think that something is suffering in the lives of the bloggers that "have it all together." One reason I went private is because I was tired of the "rat race." I don't blog as frequently anymore, and I feel good knowing that only people who really care read what I write. I don't feel pressured to fit my blog in. But that's just me :)

I've often wondered the same thing. There are bloggers I seem to see constantly posting and constantly leaving awesome comments on everyone's blogs. I honestly want to know how they have the time?? Are they not working? Do they not have any other obligations or am I just really super sucky at time management?

Honestly I haven't been blogging as much either because when it comes down to it..real world stuff always comes first! I'd like to have lived a life worthy of blogging :)

Glad to hear you're doing well xoxo
